Thailand Vacation Photos
One month after returning from Thailand, I have finally selected my favorite 200 photos from my set of over 1000 images.В I am slowly posting them into my Flickr set, which you can view at:В http://www.flickr.com/photos/sbrusch/sets/72157605986193351/.
One day, I will blog about my perception of Thailand and my experiences on the trip.В For now, I’ll say that many of us in the U.S. live in sterile isolation from the colorful realities of life. The American work ethic (and play ethic) have been pigeonholed into tight, cozy cubicles.В Our first-world pattern of comfortable life has already allowed the third world to surpass us.В I frequenly hear economists discuss the rapid pace of development and the growing prosperity in the East.В Now I have seen it first-hand.
